What is Life Care Planning?

The life care plan we design for you will go well beyond the traditional, asset-focused aspects of elder care law. While every life care plan is unique, it typically includes provisions for care coordination, education, health care and financial decisionmaking, crisis intervention, care advocacy, support and more.
